1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Mealed It ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What the Service is
Mealed It helps households plan themed dinner nights, store recipes, and generate shopping lists. New households get a 14-day free trial; continued use after the trial requires an active paid subscription.
3. Accounts and households
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Anyone you invite to a household via an invite code gets full access to that household's meal plan, recipes, and shopping list. You're responsible for who you invite.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and scale with the number of people in your household. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing management page; access continues through the end of the paid period. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to store or share unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use it in a way that infringes on others' rights.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
